PrimalCloud provides the expertise needed for the design, implementation and operation of all aspects of IT infrastructure whether on-premise or in the Cloud. Our delivery methodology emphasises a sustained partnership with customers, ranging from strategic advisory services to hands-on technical implementation and managed services. We operate a vendor agnostic approach based on partnerships with vendors recommended by Gartner as vendors in their appropriate space.
When we talk about "infrastructure" we regard it as an ecosystem spanning from environmental and security controls on equipment rooms through the obvious hardware and Operating Systems to IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), Identity Governance & Administration, Priviledged Access Management (PAM) and Security Event and Incident Management (SEIM)

Our team have decades of experience in designing, building, migrating and managing complex infrastructure deployments for a range of organisations from small business through Defence, Justice, Local Government and Police to Multi-nationals with 50K+ employees both on premises (on land, at sea and even under the sea!) and in the cloud.

We have an international reach with customers across the world. Our own head office is based in South West France. We also have offices and operations in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, UK and USA.
